Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a caffeic acid-biotin small-molecule probe as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The caffeic acid small-molecule probe structurally comprises three parts, namely caffeic acid, biotin and a connecting chain. The caffeic acid small-molecule probe designed by the invention is used for researching a polyphenol-protein action mechanism, the result shows that the caffeic acid small-molecule probe is effectively enriched to protein acting with caffeic acid, and the small-molecule probe provides basic and template molecules for researching other polyphenol-protein action mechanisms and also provides a good tool for exploring other pharmacological action mechanisms of caffeic acid.
