Zusammenfassung: | The diamond bearing sintering process comprises the following steps: mounting a steel bottom die, and sticking graphite paper on the inner wall surface of the steel bottom die; polycrystalline stickers are pasted on the inner walls of the graphite paper, and polycrystalline particles on the polycrystalline stickers face the center line of the steel bottom die; a bearing steel body is placed in the cavity of the steel bottom die, and the inner cavity of the bearing steel body is filled with plastic resin sand; a gap between the outer wall of the bearing steel body and the polycrystalline sticker is filled with tungsten powder; filling copper alloy particles into an opening in the top of the steel bottom die; and sintering in a sintering furnace.
