The phase-change temperature-regulating controlled-release fiber dressing at least comprises a skin layer material and a core layer material, wherein the skin layer material is prepared by dissolving a high polymer material in a mixed solution; wherein the core layer material comprises an energy storage phase change material and a model drug, and the model drug is dissolved in the energy storage phase change material; wherein the initial temperature of the porous skin-core structure phase-change temperature-regulating controlled-release fiber dressing for realizing drug controlled release and wound temperature regulation is 33-37 DEG C, and the temperature regulation temperature is between 1 DEG C and 10 DEG C.
