The invention provides a polar region operation cardiovascular system simulation implementation platform and method. The platform comprises a polar region low-temperature experimental environment simulation module used for simulating low-temperature and strong-wind weather in a polar region outdoor operation environment; the polar region visual and auditory experiment environment simulation module is used for simulating a natural environment in a polar region outdoor operation environment from visual and/or auditory aspects; the motion experiment environment simulation module is used for simulating a motion process in a polar region outdoor operation environment; the wearable detection equipment is used for collecting one or more indexes of the cardiovascular system in the testing process in real time; and the control module is used for controlling parameters of the polar region low-temperature experimental environment simulation module, the polar region visual and auditory experimental environment simulation
