An insulated container for storing a scoopable frozen confection and supplying a scooping amount thereof to a consumer, and adapted to be installed within a service vehicle, the container comprising: an insulated housing having at least one openable portion to allow access to a closed insulated chamber; a product storage assembly mounted within the closed insulating chamber and defining an internal product storage chamber accessible via an openable portion of the insulating housing, an outer surface of the product storage assembly being substantially parallel to but spaced apart from substantially all inner surfaces of the insulating housing, an average spacing of 1 to 10 mm; at least one phase change material reservoir located in the closed insulated chamber; at least one scoopable frozen confection container support positioned in the inner product storage chamber, the frozen confection container support being withdrawable from the inner product storage chamber via an openable portion of the insulating housi
