Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a data center solar energy and waste heat recovery dehumidification system which comprises a dehumidification subsystem, a heat pump subsystem, a solar heat collection subsystem, a pipeline switching subsystem and a cooling subsystem. The dehumidification subsystem comprises a dehumidifier and is provided with two dehumidification heat exchangers, and the heat pump subsystem and the solar heat collection subsystem are communicated with the first dehumidification heat exchanger in a switchable mode through the pipeline switching subsystem and used for providing hot water needed in the regeneration process for the dehumidifier. The cooling subsystem comprises a water chilling unit and an air conditioner, the water chilling unit is communicated with the second dehumidification heat exchanger and used for providing cold water needed in the dehumidification process for the dehumidifier, and the air conditioner is used for receiving and cooling air treated through the second channel and prov
