Low-loss NiZn soft magnetic ferrite magnetic sheet for NFC and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a low-loss NiZn soft magnetic ferrite magnetic sheet for NFC (near field communication) and a preparation method of the low-loss NiZn soft magnetic ferrite magnetic sheet, the ferrite formula comprises main components and auxiliary components, and the main components comprise 48 mol%-52 mol% of Fe2O3, 29 mol%-33 mol% of ZnO and 15 mol%-19 mol% of NiO; and the auxiliary component is 0.5 mol%-1 mol% of Co2O3. The formula of the tape casting slurry comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50 to 60 weight percent of pre-sintered material, 30 to 45 weight percent of solvent, 0.5 to 1 weight percent of dispersing agent, 3 to 10 weight percent of binding agent and 1 to 5 weight percent of plasticizer. The preparation method mainly comprises the steps of formula weighing, ball milling and mixing, high-temperature pre-sintering, slurry preparation, tape casting, high-temperature sintering, splinter testing and the like. The obtained NiZn magnetic sheet can stably work under the
