The system comprises a seeker antenna electromagnetic model, a radome electromagnetic model, a T/R unit amplitude-phase simulation module, an amplitude-phase compensation module and a directional diagram simulation module. The antenna electromagnetic model simulates work of a seeker on a missile; the radome electromagnetic model simulates the influence of the radome on the seeker electromagnetic wave; the T/R unit amplitude and phase simulation module performs simulation to obtain T/R unit amplitude and phase values; amplitude and phase data compensation of the phased-array antenna is completed based on the amplitude and phase compensation module; and the directional diagram simulation module carries out covered directional diagram simulation and data processing on the compensated antenna model.
