The obtained mixed waveguide structure has high light field constraint performance. Benefited from the excellent tip focusing effect of the triangular GNW, when the vertex angle theta is reduced, the interaction area of graphene and light is reduced, the loss is reduced, and meanwhile, the mode field area of a fundamental mode in the waveguide is also reduced. According to the graphene-dielectric nanowire hybrid waveguide structure obtained by the invention, the restrictive relationship between transmission loss and mode field constraint in a surface plasmon mode is locally broken through.
