The detection method comprises the following steps: scanning by adopting a near infrared spectrum tester to obtain dendrobium nobile spectral data with a wave band range of 900-1700nm, screening an optimal spectrum pretreatment method and an optimal main factor number, and establishing a quantitative analysis model of the mannose content in a full wave band by combining a measured value and the spectral data obtained by a light pretreatment method and a partial least square method; and then selecting the dendrobium nobile samples in the verification set to evaluate the prediction accuracy of the model, and finally detecting the dendrobium nobile samples with unknown mannose content.
