Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of medical surgical dressings, and particularly relates to a production method of absorbent cotton gauze for surgical antibacterial cotton yarn dressings, which comprises the following steps: (1) selecting the absorbent cotton gauze suitable for making the surgical cotton yarn dressings; (2) soaking the absorbent cotton gauze in a stainless steel tank in which drinking water is stored, so that the absorbent cotton gauze is completely soaked; (3) extruding redundant water in the absorbent cotton gauze through double rollers; (4) preparing antibacterial liquid, wherein the antibacterial liquid is prepared by mixing organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt and purified water; (5) soaking the absorbent cotton gauze with excessive moisture removed in an antibacterial solution; (6) extruding redundant antibacterial liquid in the degreasing cotton gauze through a double-roller process; and (7) putting the absorbent cotton gauze from which the excessive antibacterial liquid
