The invention provides a preparation method of special base oil for rolling a copper plate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) taking crude white oil, and carrying out hydroisomerization on the crude white oil under the conditions of 2.3-2.5 MPa and 140-160 DEG C by using a NiMo/gamma-Al2O3 catalyst; (2) after hydroisomerization, carrying out hydrofining under the conditions of 1.9-2.1 MPa and 110-120 DEG C by adopting a Pd-Pt/gamma-Al2O3 catalyst, and collecting low-fraction oil; and (3) carrying out normal-pressure fractionation on the low-fraction oil, and then carrying out reduced-pressure fractionation to obtain the special base oil for rolling the copper plate.
