Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a halloysite nanotube low surface energy composite material. The method comprises the following steps: 1) modifying halloysite with dopamine hydrochloride, drying and grinding into fine powder; 2) stirring polyethylene glycol, dimethyl silicone oil, dibutyltin dilaurate, 1, 4-dioxane and the modified halloysite together, and then adding organic silicon resin to prepare halloysite sponge; and 3) carrying out hydrophobic modification by using trichloro octadecylsilane through a gas phase precipitation method to obtain the halloysite nanotube low-surface-energy composite.The preparation method is convenient and simple to operate, and the cost of the existing low-surface-energy material can be reduced or eliminated. 本发明公开了一种埃洛石纳米管低表面能复合材料的制备方法。所述方法包括如下步骤:1)埃洛石用盐酸多巴胺改性后干燥研磨成细粉;2)聚乙二醇、二甲基硅油、二月桂酸二丁基锡、1,4-二氧六环与上述改性埃洛石共同搅拌后加入有机硅树脂制得埃洛石海绵;3)采用气相沉淀法利用三氯十八烷基硅烷进行疏水改性,得到埃洛石纳米管低表面能复合材料。该制备方法方便,操作简单,能够减少或消除现行低表面能材料成本。
