The invention relates to a winching device and a fixing assembly thereof. The winching device comprises the fixing assembly and a winching assembly. The fixing assembly comprises an adjusting piece, a pressing piece and a locking piece. The adjusting piece is used for abutting against one side face of the angle steel. One end of the pressing piece can be movably arranged on the adjusting piece, and the other end of the pressing piece is used for abutting against the other side face, back to the adjusting piece, of the angle steel. The two ends of the locking piece are connected with the adjusting piece and the pressing piece correspondingly, the locking piece can apply pressing force towards the angle steel to the adjusting piece and the pressing piece, and the locking piece is used for abutting against one side wall of the angle steel. The winching assembly is installed on the adjusting piece and used for winding and unwinding the rope. The whole fixing assembly can be stably fixed to the angle steel, the fi
