The device comprises a shell, a V-shaped micro-channel heat exchanger fixed in the shell, an axial flow fan fixed on the other side of the shell, a miniature magnetic gear oil pump connected with the axial flow fan, an oil tank fixed on the side edge of the shell and located above the miniature magnetic gear oil pump, and a liquid level switch arranged on the oil tank, the intelligent control box is fixed to the side edge of the oil tank, the oil way distributor is fixed to the intelligent control box, and the hoses and the system intelligent controller are connected with the oil way distributor.
