Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a composite sheet and a preparation method thereof, and the composite sheet comprises a printing layer, a rigid layer and a high-barrier heat sealing layer which are sequentially stacked; the rigid layer is made of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), PP (Propene Polymer) or PE (Polyethylene), the bending modulus is 1200 to 2200 Mpa, and the thickness is 230 to 320 microns. The composite sheet disclosed by the invention has the effects of being convenient to print, environment-friendly and excellent in barrier heat sealing performance, is suitable for solvent-free compounding, further achieves the purpose of being more environment-friendly, and can be suitable for a hollow blow molding process or a plastic uptake molding process; and through further optimization of the materials and the total thickness of the printing layer and the rigid layer, it is guaranteed that the size of a formed filling opening is stable, the later cheese filling effect is prevented from being affected, and the eff
