The device comprises a laser movement mechanism, a paving, pressing and powder sucking integrated mechanism, a carrying mechanical arm assembly, a storage workbench, a master control table, a clamping workbench and a workpiece containing table, the paving, pressing and powder sucking integrated mechanism is slidably connected to the clamping workbench, a machined workpiece is placed on the clamping workbench, the laser movement mechanism is arranged above the machined workpiece, and the laser movement mechanism is arranged above the machined workpiece.
