The normal-temperature storage and preservation method for the kiwi fruits comprises the following steps: (1) picking fresh fruits; (2) heat treatment: soaking the kiwi fruits in water at 40 DEG C; (3) performing first fresh-keeping treatment: soaking the kiwi fruits in a first fresh-keeping agent, and performing ultrasonic-assisted treatment in the soaking process; (4) second fresh-keeping treatment: spraying a second fresh-keeping agent on the surfaces of the kiwi fruits; and (5) cold treatment: treating the kiwi fruits with cold air, and naturally drying in the shade.
