The villous amomum fruit planting method comprises the steps that field planting is conducted when the height of banana cauloid is controlled to be 70-100 cm or field planting is conducted when the canopy density of bananas is controlled to be larger than 50%. The method for preventing weeds, improving the soil microenvironment, reducing the morbidity of fusarium wilt and increasing the yield of bananas by using the growth characteristics of fructus amomi can be popularized and used in vast banana planting areas, and has good economic benefits and ecological benefits.
