Integral bicycle riding sole

An integral road bicycle riding sole is provided with a front clamping plate and a rear clamping plate and is designed to be used in cooperation with a clamping-free pedal. On the lower side thereof, the integral sole comprises a front recess (6) and a rear recess (7), respectively located in front of and behind the contact area (9) with the pedal and substantially in the middle of the width of the sole (2). A rear recess (7) appears on the inside of the sole (2).
