Dynamically configurable traffic controller and method of use thereof

The invention discloses a traffic controller capable of being dynamically configured and a use method thereof. An example apparatus includes a first display facing a first direction; a second display facing a second direction; a third display facing a third direction; and a processor, in response to a received first input indicating that traffic approaches a first display and no traffic approaches a second display and a third display, the processor causing the second display and the third display to display a first signal and causing the first display not to display the first signal or the second signal, the first signal provides a first warning level, the second signal provides a second warning level greater than the first warning level, the first signal is illuminated on the second display, the second signal is illuminated on the second display, the first signal provides a first warning level when illuminated, and the second signal provides a second warning level greater than the first warning level when il
