Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a heating furnace flue gas circulating combustion system and method. The heating furnace flue gas circulating combustion system comprises a heating furnace, a mixer, an induced draft fan, an oxygen flow adjusting device, a first detection adjusting device, a second detection adjusting device, a cooler and a flue gas recycling device. A first inlet of the mixer is communicated with an oxygen storage device used for providing oxygen through a first pipeline, a second inlet of the mixer is communicated with an outlet of the heating furnace through a second pipeline, an outlet of the mixer is communicated with an inlet of the heating furnace through a third pipeline, and the cooler is communicated with the second pipeline. The flue gas flowing out of the heating furnace can partially enter the cooler to be cooled, and the cooled flue gas enters the flue gas recovery device to be recovered, so that the concentration of CO2 after combustion can be improved, the CO2 can be conveniently captur
