Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a tea tree CsFAAH6 gene and application thereof. The nucleotide sequence of the tea tree CsFAAH6 gene is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1 in a sequence table. The amino acid sequence of the protein coded by the tea tree CsFAAH6 gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO.2 in the sequence table. The CsFAAH6 is highly expressed in mature leaves of the tea tree; the theanine content in new tips (one bud and two leaves) of different varieties of tea trees in different months is in significant negative correlation with the expression quantity of CsFAAH6; instantaneous silencing of CsFAAH6 expression can significantly increase the content of theanine, which indicates that CsFAAH6 has a physiological function of degrading theanine and a molecular mechanism of CsFAAH6.
