Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for improving the yield of lipopeptide of bacillus amyloliquefaciens by utilizing co-culture of recombinant corynebacterium glutamicum, which comprises the following steps: (1) culturing bacillus amyloliquefaciens to obtain a secondary seed of the bacillus amyloliquefaciens; the method comprises the following steps: culturing recombinant corynebacterium glutamicum to obtain a secondary seed of the recombinant corynebacterium glutamicum; (2) fermentation culture: fermenting the secondary seeds of the recombinant corynebacterium glutamicum for 4-8 hours; and inoculating secondary seeds of bacillus amyloliquefaciens, and fermenting for 100-150 hours. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the proline synthesized by the recombinant corynebacterium glutamicum can provide precursor amino acid for synthesizing lipopeptide by the bacillus amyloliquefaciens, and the synthesis of the lipopeptide is promoted.
