本发明公开了一种用于制备全氟磺酸树脂的全氟(4-甲基-3,6-二氧杂-7-辛烯)磺酰氟及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括如下步骤：1)以四氟磺内酯、六氟环氧丙烷为原料，溶剂A及助剂条件下，经KF催化异构/加成等制得中间体纯品；2)加入溶剂A、碳酸钠、上述中间体及助剂，得到中间体羧酸盐溶液；3)上述中间体羧酸盐溶液，经溶剂B处理制得全氟(4-甲基-3,6-二氧杂-7-辛烯)磺酰氟。该方法大幅简化工业操作，具有良好的应用前景；更为重要的是，由于能将杂质H-PSVE含量控制在较小范围(PSVE纯度≥99.9％，杂质H-PSVE≤20ppm)，从而可以很好的将制成的全氟磺酸树脂平均分子量控制在全氟磺酸树脂最佳范围，从而满足下游的各种应用。 The invention discloses perfluoro (4-methyl-3, 6-dioxa-7-octene) sulfonyl fluoride for preparing perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin and a preparation method of the perfluoro (4-methyl-3, 6-dioxa-7-octene) sulfonyl fluoride.
