The integrated forming process comprises the following steps that 1, a male die and a female die are combined to form a foaming die; the framework iron piece is attracted to the male die through the magnet block and faces an inner cavity of the female die. A sliding partition plate is inserted into the bottom of the female die, and an inner cavity of the female die is divided into a low-density area and a high-density area. 2, preparing low-density foaming particles and high-density foaming particles; 3, low-density foaming particles and high-density foaming particles are injected into the low-density area and the high-density area respectively through a spray gun; drawing out the sliding partition; the mold is heated, water vapor is introduced, and integrated forming is conducted; and cooling, demolding, drying and shaping to obtain the lightweight automobile seat with both low-density EPP and high-density EPP.
