The invention discloses a demister for a three-phase separator for oil exploitation. The demister comprises a wire mesh defoaming layer and a primary defoaming layer arranged below the wire mesh defoaming layer, the primary defoaming layer comprises a defoaming body, a defoaming channel and a backflow main channel, and the defoaming channel and the backflow main channel are formed in the defoaming body; the primary defoaming layer is additionally arranged on the basis of a traditional wire mesh defoaming layer, the defoaming effect can be further improved, the primary defoaming layer is provided with the defoaming channel allowing gas to flow and the backflow channel allowing liquid to flow, namely, gas and liquid are divided, and the defoaming effect is improved. The condition of secondary entrainment is avoided; when gas passes through the arc-shaped channel of the primary defoaming air, centrifugal force can be generated to enable entrainment of the gas to be in contact with the stainless steel layer struc
