The invention relates to a disinfectant generating device, which comprises an atomizing component, a liquid outlet component and a liquid outlet component, and is characterized in that the atomizing component is suitable for atomizing water; the plasma generation assembly is provided with a generation cavity, and an inlet of the generation cavity is communicated with the mist outlet of the atomization assembly; the gas-liquid uniform distribution mechanism is communicated with an outlet of the generation cavity; and the release structure is communicated with the gas-liquid uniform distribution mechanism and is suitable for releasing the disinfectant in the gas-liquid uniform distribution mechanism. The atomizing assembly in the disinfectant generating device can atomize water, and the plasma generating assembly can discharge and generate active particles. The gas-liquid uniform distribution mechanism can uniformly mix a water-gas mixture from the generation cavity, so that active particles are fully mixed wit
