Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a production technology of high-end oysters, in particular to a method for increasing the weight of soft parts of oysters. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a low tide zone of an intertidal zone or a subtidal zone and a sea area with the tidal range of more than 250cm as a culture area, putting adult oysters which are used as samples and have complete and healthy shells before marketing into an oyster culture cage, horizontally placing the oyster culture cage on a culture platform of a low tide line of the tidal range, and culturing for 30-120 days to increase the weight of the soft parts of the samples. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of environmental protection, low carbon, short period and high efficiency.
