Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of preparation of photosensitive resin oligomer, in particular to liquid rubber acrylate as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: under an ice-water bath condition, carrying out esterification reaction on hydroxyl-terminated liquid rubber and acryloyl chloride in a solvent for 3 hours to obtain liquid rubber acrylate; wherein the hydroxyl-terminated liquid rubber is diene liquid rubber. According to the method provided by the invention, the grafting rate of the hydroxyl-terminated liquid rubber and the yield of the liquid rubber acrylate are improved; meanwhile, the liquid rubber acrylate provided by the invention is used for 3D printing photosensitive resin, so that the flexibility and elasticity of a 3D printing product are effectively improved.
