Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a monoclonal antibody capable of specifically recognizing L1 protein (HPV45L1) and/or VLP (HPV45VLP) of human papilloma virus type 45. The specific monoclonal antibody provided by the invention has no obvious cross reaction with other eight types of HPV (HPV6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 52 and 58) L1 proteins and/or VLP, and has the advantages of high specificity, high sensitivity, high accuracy and high safety.
