Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to compositions and methods for the enzymatic template-free synthesis of polynucleotides wherein different 3 '-O-reversibly blocked deoxynucleoside triphosphates (dNTPs) are incorporated into the growth chain using different terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) variants.
