L-ornithine composite salt as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention provides a preparation method of L-ornithine composite salt, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a free L-ornithine solution by using an L-ornithine salt solution as a raw material through a bipolar membrane electrodialysis device; (2) mixing and reacting the free L-ornithine solution with a substance A to obtain an L-ornithine composite salt solution; the substance A is L-aspartic acid, alpha-ketoglutaric acid or R-(+)-lipoic acid; and (3) crystallizing the L-ornithine composite salt solution to obtain the L-ornithine composite salt.
