By means of the scheme, the rotating speed or starting and stopping of the cooling fan can be adjusted in time, the temperature of the cooling tower is adjusted, meanwhile, the cooling fan is adjusted to operate within the preset rotating speed interval, equipment abrasion is reduced, and electric energy waste is reduced
