According to the method, under the condition that Cu (MeCN) 4PF6 is used as a catalyst and 2, 2 '-dipyridyl is used as a ligand, a target molecule is synthesized in one step through conjugated enyne, sulfonyl chloride and trimethylsilyl cyanide trimolecular regioselectivity 1, 4-sulfonation cyanation reaction. The method has the characteristics of simple steps, cheap and easily available raw materials and wide substrate range, and a new method is provided for synthesis of the 5-sulfonyl pent-2, 3-diene nitrile compound. 本发明属于有机合成化学技术领域,公开了一种5-磺酰基戊-2,3-二烯腈化合物的合成方法。该方法以Cu(MeCN)4PF6作为催化剂,2,2'-联吡啶作为配体条件下,通过共轭烯炔、磺酰氯和三甲基氰硅烷三分子区域选择性1,4-磺化氰化反应,一步合成目标分子。该方法具有步骤简单,所用原料廉价易得,底物范围广泛的特点,为5-磺酰基戊-2,3-二烯腈化合物的合成提供了新的方法。
