Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a pretreatment process of lithium battery electrolyte production wastewater. The pretreatment process comprises the following steps: S1, adding Ca (OH) 2 into the wastewater and maintaining the reaction pH to be 12-13; s2, a PAM flocculating agent is added into the wastewater, and precipitates are discharged; s3, CaCl2 and NaOH are added into the wastewater, the reaction pH is maintained to be 12-13, and the temperature of the wastewater is increased; s4, adding a PAC (Poly Aluminum Chloride) flocculating agent into the wastewater, and discharging precipitates; and S5, adding HCl into the wastewater, adjusting the pH value to 7.5-8.5, adding a PAM flocculating agent, and discharging the precipitate. The temperature of the wastewater in the S1 and S2 is 35-45 DEG C, and the temperature of the wastewater in the S3 and S4 is 75-85 DEG C.
