The preparation method of the selenium-based modified nano-hydroxyapatite material comprises the following steps: dissolving phosphate in water, adjusting the pH value to 10-11, and then adding a polysaccharide nano-selenium solution to obtain a solution A; dissolving calcium salt in water, and adjusting the pH value to 10-11 to obtain a solution B; mixing the solution A and the solution B to obtain an emulsion solution; then heating the emulsion solution for reaction, and washing and drying a product after the reaction is finished to obtain the selenium-based modified nano-hydroxyapatite material. The selenium-based modified nano-hydroxyapatite material prepared by the method can effect
