Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an electric driving system and a vehicle. The electric driving system comprises a driving motor, an input shaft, an output shaft, an intermediate shaft, a first transmission gear pair arranged between the input shaft and the intermediate shaft, a second transmission gear pair, a third transmission gear pair, a first clutch and a second clutch, wherein the second transmission gear pair and the third transmission gear pair are arranged between the intermediate shaft and the output shaft. The two clutches are adopted for gear shifting, gear shifting is free of power interruption and gear shifting impact, soft gear shifting is guaranteed, meanwhile, the first clutch and the second clutch are arranged on one side of the middle shaft and one side of the output shaft respectively, the axial space size in the whole vehicle design is compact, whole vehicle arrangement is facilitated, and the service life of the whole vehicle is prolonged.
