Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a porous frame structure reinforced magnesium-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The porous frame structure reinforced magnesium-based composite material comprises a reinforcement body and a magnesium and magnesium alloy matrix, the reinforcement body is of a titanium and titanium alloy porous frame structure. Magnesium and magnesium alloy are infiltrated into a porous frame structure by using an infiltration process in combination with ultrasonic vibration and composite refining, and the prepared magnesium-based composite material has the advantages of uniform distribution of reinforcements, excellent wettability, relatively strong interface bonding, fine crystal grains and the like; the technical problems that in the prior art, particles are not evenly distributed in a magnesium matrix, wettability is poor, interface bonding is weak, and the reinforcement effect of a reinforcement body is not ideal are effectively solved.
