The first actuation element is configured to actuate the first transmission element. The second actuation element is configured to actuate the second transmission element. The first transmission element is substantially parallel to the second transmission element. The first and second transmission elements define a shaft assembly having a first end and a second end. The first actuation element is connected to the first transmission element at a first end of the shaft assembly.
