The purpose of the present invention is to provide a powder solid cosmetic which has the same usability as when an elastic spherical powder is blended, and which has sufficient impact resistance. This powder solid cosmetic is characterized by containing the following components (A)-(C): (A) mica, (B) spherical anhydrous silicic acid, and (C) boron nitride, and the blending amounts of the components (A)-(C) satisfy (A) + (B) + (C) = 37-67 mass%, (A) + (C) = 35-53 mass%, and (B) + (C) = 11-46 mass%. 本发明的的目的在于提供具有与配混了弹性球状粉末时同样的使用性、且具备足够的耐冲击性的粉末固体化妆品。本发明的粉末固体化妆品的特征在于，含有以下的成分(A)～(C)：(A)云母、(B)球状无水硅酸、和(C)氮化硼，成分(A)～(C)的配混量满足：(A)+(B)+(C)＝37～67质量％、(A)+(C)＝35～53质量％、和(B)+(C)＝11～46质量％。
