The invention discloses an ozone gas measuring circuit and method, and the circuit comprises an ultraviolet detection unit which is used for providing a power supply in a set gas chamber, enabling an ultraviolet light emission part to emit stable ultraviolet light radiation, and detecting the intensity information of ultraviolet light; the gas path environment compensation detection unit is used for acquiring environment parameters in the gas chamber and performing compensation according to the acquired environment parameters; and the signal processing unit is used for receiving data acquired by the ultraviolet detection unit and the gas path environment compensation detection unit, respectively measuring two light intensity values of projection zero-crossing gas and ozone gas, comparing the two light intensity values, and obtaining an effective concentration value of current ozone through a set ozone calculation function.
