Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a device and a method for testing interlayer dynamic I-type fracture toughness of a laminated plate, the device comprises an impact rod, an input rod, an output rod, a strain gauge, an SHPB loading system gas chamber, an excitation device and a loading device, the SHPB loading system gas chamber and the excitation device are utilized to provide kinetic energy generated by high-pressure driving gas for the impact rod, and the dynamic I-type fracture toughness of the laminated plate is tested. Kinetic energy axially impacts the input rod at a certain speed, and after impact, the input rod will generate a compressed stress pulse. Then the wave continues to be propagated in the input rod, when the wave reaches the interlayer fracture test piece, the interlayer fracture test piece deforms at a high speed, one wave is transmitted into the output rod through the interlayer fracture test piece, and meanwhile one wave is reflected into the input rod. According to the device and the method, inte
