Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a device and a method for screening and separating microalgae particles by combining porous flow and alternating current-dielectrophoresis. The device comprises a porous flow separation device based on particle volume screening and an alternating current-dielectrophoresis separation device based on microalgae lipid content screening. The porous flow separation device is composed of an inlet, a filter, a porous section and three outlets, microalgae particles in the porous section generate lateral displacement under the inertia force of fluid, and microalgae cells with different sizes move to different outlets after passing through the device.
