Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a quick-drying single-component conductive primer for PP (polypropylene) and a preparation method of the quick-drying single-component conductive primer. The quick-drying single-component conductive primer comprises the following components in parts by weight: self-made polyester, 30-50 parts of CPP modified acrylic resin, 10-30 parts of conductive mica powder, 0.3-1 part of a dispersing agent, 20-40 parts of titanium dioxide slurry, 5-10 parts of butyl acetate, 5-10 parts of xylene, 1-8 parts of ethyl acetate and 1-2 parts of a silane coupling agent. Compared with common PP (polypropylene) primer and general conductive primer, the conductive primer has the advantages of quicker conductivity, surface dry conductivity within 4-5 minutes, lower resistance, quicker and simpler construction process, excellent water resistance, impact resistance, flexibility and the like, and can effectively improve the coating efficiency and reduce the coating cost; the self-made polyester and CPP modified |
