The present invention contributes to improving the operability of a car operation panel provided with a non-contact sensor functioning as a destination floor button. In an operation device having a car operation panel provided on at least one of the left and right sides of a door when viewed from the inside of an elevator car in a front view, the car operation panel has a plurality of contact-type destination floor buttons arranged in the vertical direction; and a plurality of non-contact sensors arranged in the vertical direction and respectively corresponding to the plurality of destination floor buttons. Each of the non-contact sensors functions as a destination floor button corresponding to the non-contact sensor, and when any of the non-contact sensors performs detection, the floor corresponding to the non-contact sensor is registered as a destination floor, and when any of the non-contact sensors performs detection, the floor corresponding to the non-contact sensor is registered as a destination floor.
