Obtaining an image in front of the vehicle shot by a vehicle-mounted camera, and calculating the TTC value of the vehicle and the potential dangerous vehicle; acquiring a crowdsourcing map of a cloud; predicting the next image calculation time and network delay according to the previous image data calculation time and the cloud data transmission delay so as to dynamically set a TTC (Time to Collision) threshold value of the two vehicles; the TTC threshold value obtained through calculation is compared with the TTC threshold value dynamically set, and graded braking decisions are automatically adopted.
