The invention relates to a cardiopulmonary function measuring system which comprises a data processing unit, a timing unit, a voice reminding unit, a display unit, a data acquisition unit and a self-adaptive walking machine, the data processing unit is in communication connection with the data acquisition unit and the display unit, the timing unit is in communication connection with the voice reminding unit, and the voice reminding unit is in communication connection with the self-adaptive walking machine. The data acquisition unit comprises a first data acquisition mechanism and a second data acquisition mechanism, the first data acquisition mechanism is installed on the self-adaptive walking machine and used for acquiring the walking distance, the walking step number and the breathing rate of the to-be-detected object, and the second data acquisition mechanism is worn on the to-be-detected object and used for acquiring the breathing rate of the to-be-detected object. The self-adaptive walking machine is use
