Zusammenfassung:The cathode foil for an electrolytic capacitor has a metal porous part, a metal core part connected to the metal porous part, a first main surface in which pores of the metal porous part open, and a coating film covering the metal porous part. The coating film is formed up to a depth of 10% or more of the thickness of the metal porous part in the thickness direction of the metal porous part. The coating film may include a conductive first layer containing a first element and/or a second layer that is an oxide layer containing a second element. As a result, provided is a cathode foil for an electrolytic capacitor, which is capable of achieving excellent characteristics. 电解电容器用阴极箔具有:金属多孔质部、与金属多孔质部连接的金属芯部、金属多孔质部的细孔开口的第1主面、和覆盖金属多孔质部的覆膜。覆膜在金属多孔质部的厚度方向上形成至金属多孔质部的厚度的10%以上的深度为止。覆膜可包含:含有第1元素的导电性的第1层、和/或、第2层,所述第2层为包含第2元素的氧化物层。由此,提供能够实现优异的特性的电解电容器用的阴极箔。
