Zusammenfassung:Apparatuses and techniques for managing power consumption in a memory device are described. When a multi-plane read command is received, the control circuitry determines whether a block identified by the read command is fully programmed or partially programmed. If it is fully programmed, the read command is executed when a common read pass voltage is applied to the unprogrammed word lines of the respective blocks. If the block is not entirely fully programmed, the control circuit determines a last programmed word line.
